New Zillow Premier Agent Sites Rock!!

Zillow just launched new Real Estate Agent Websites with IDX. I’m a sucker for a deal so bought my new site yesterday. $10 a month and no set up fees. It looks like it’s built on the Wordpress platform and uses Diverse Solutions for the IDX.

All I know it that thus far i LOVE it? It took me about an hour to get it up and running.

Check it out. Did I mention I didn’t have to pay for my domain name?

I believe this is another game changer by Zillow. Love ‘em or hate ‘em. These guys know their stuff. It’s a shame NAR can’t provide us stuff like this through Realtor.com

$10 a month is a steal for an IDX solution. Don’tcha think?

Hi Bryant - sites look great. I run Diverse - can't imagine you are getting the IDX component included at $10/month. I pay closer to $80/month for Searchagent and IDXpress!! Regards, Dave

I know. But it's true. I'm just waiting on the IDX to be approved by my MLS. Zillow owns Diverse solutions. Now we know why.

We have DS products on our current site. We would also have to pay our MLS $250 to put IDX on another site. Do you not have to do the same, Bryant?

Yeah, I got the e-mail. The IDX search by map feature looks promising. I'm glad you tried it out and made a comment on this as $10/month looks like a too good to be true deal.  It's on my to do list this week.


Also, thanks for your help on the bank of america approval letters. It turns out that the ones I got were fake.
