This article from CNN echos the morning radio news and other sources. Pending sales of existing homes fell...and now the NAR is saying prices will remain "flat" during 2008 (existing homes), which is less than the optimist .3% recovery they previously forecast.
It's bad news, but it's not doom and gloom. Before I'm attacked again as a spreader of bad news, those folks (you know who you are) should read the news story as an educational experience and then figure out how to spin it in your favor. Education and knowledge are power, so don't let the ostrich syndrome keep you from your full potential.
