The changes on Facebook that occured this week did not have a huge impact nor did it cause a major outcry from users. Mainly, because were fairly subtle, and useful - unlike maybe other recent changes. What has changed?

I will address only "scheduling posts" today
Finally! I used to do this via Hootsuite, but prefer to have the opportunity to directly schedule on FB, if I chose to. It's very easy, though picking year/month/day/hour/minute is quite work intensive, if you have a lot to schedule. I can't have everything, I guess.
Go to your Fan Page, add your comment then click the clock in the bottom left corner. There is a chance that FB will ask you first to add a year when your business was established before it will let you continue with scheduling. Just wanted to mention it.

Click "schedule" then this window will come up:
You will see this pop-up:
Don't be surprised that WHEN you click "Activity Log" as suggested to look at your scheduled post, look like this:
You will go back to your personal page. Use Facebook as YOU, then return to your Fan Page, still as YOU, then at the top you will see this bar:
Click "Use Activity Log" and your list of posts and scheduled posts should come up:
If you'd like to change or reschedule your post you can do that as well:
