THREE of the most important service providers for property managers, their clients and landlords are their PLUMBER * their HANDYMAN * their HVAC service.
I have had to change HVAC services 3 times in the last 6 years * once on purpose and then late last year, I changed because of the deterioration of service.
While getting bagels at our local Iconic Eatery * Bodo's Bagels * I spotted a service truck from Air-Flow HVAC services. The driver was on his cel phone and when I saw he had completed his call, I knocked on the window and introduced himself.
I was fortunate that I had encountered their service estimator who provided me with his card and the name of their service coordinator. I called her and the next week, after a meeting in their offices to discuss the needs of my clients for semi-annual HVAC and on-call service for residents, I had my new HVAC service.
As with happens with much in life, being in the right time and the right place allowed me to trade UP to a provider actually in town and available.
