It's always an exciting time for purchasers once they have made their decision to buy a new home.
It can also be a very daunting thought to have to make selections by imagining what their condo will look like when it is finished. Even when the property is for investment purposes, the purchaser still has to be concerned that they are selecting finishes that will appeal to buyers instead of selecting what they might like personally.
