I was reading my daily market subsriptions today as always this morning. One of the items that popped out at me was the revision to the October home sales being updated to a +3.7% versus an initial report of +0.6%. that's quite a jump given todays real estate cycle. I have't heard a word about it on any of the news channels I watch and lsiten to before I get to my office.
Those of us smart enough to be involved in Actice-Rain have really put ourselves above the level of mediocrity, as we have a firm understanding of what is really happening in the market today, as well as the economy in most cases. To that I congratulate all of you for being here. It really goes to show us that now, more than ever, we really need to have our own sources of information versus what we get in the mainstream news media. At this point in our society it's really hard to distinguish our netwrok news from the Soviet Gulogs (I have no idea how to spell gulogs, so I did it phonetically).
Personally I've gotten to the point where I turn the volume down on CNBC at times and just watch the tickers on the top and bottom of the screen. I can make my own opinion of what's going on by reading, as they only put the facts on the tickers. Not that I always know more than the moderators, but at times it sounds like a political covention and I'm not coffee'd up enough to tolerate that stuph that early in the morning.
So, congratualtions to all of you for being here. I'm glad I'm just one of the many. you guys are good and I enjoy reading your posts.
Love ya
Ed
