Treat Yourself To The Toasted Mango Cafe In Sarasota, FL!  The Toasted Mango Cafe in downtown Sarasota at 430 N. Tamiami Trail has got to be one of the most successful new eateries in town.  Open seven days a week for breakfast and lunch from 7am to 3pm, this delightful restaurant has quickly attracted a loyal following of avid fans.

Owners Kim and Sandi have brought their cumulative years of experience and lessons learned together to lead a fun and efficient service staff and a creative team of culinary artists for a highly enjoyable dining experience.  They really bring the "fun" back into dining out.

The moment you enter The Toasted Mango Cafe you are warmly welcomed and feel right at home.  The inviting, fresh color scheme is clean and bright.  They also feature an outdoor dining space on a brick patio under the shade of a lovely old oak tree.  This outdoor space is a great place to dine with your favorite canine companion in Sarasota, FL

For breakfast at the Toasted Mango Cafe I highly recommend either a full or short stack of  Blueberry Pancakes with Slivered Almonds, they are almost better than "you know what".  For lunch try the Toasted Mango Blackened Chicken Salad or the Toasted Mango Turkey Wrap with a side of 3 Bean Mango Salad.  You will be in Nirvana.  Of course, these are my favorites, there are many more delectable delights to choose from.

Whether you are fortunate enough to live here now, are thinking of moving here (this restaurant just might help make up your mind), or just passing through, make it a point to treat yourself to the Toasted Mango Cafe in Sarasota, FL.

Disappointed Customer
Beware of the Toasted Almond!!! My first experience there was horrible....rather than the owner Kimberly explaining the menu to 1st time customers, she made a rude & unnecessary comment....hugs and smiles to other white customers, but for the 3 blacks, the service sucked!!!! We chose not to leave a tip....and because we didnt tip for the poor service and cold treatment, we were followed out the restaurant and asked never to return ........stupid owner, tipping is not mandatory and people don't tip for poor service....

I'm sorry to read about your bad experience.  I have always found Kimberly to be a very gracious and upbeat hostess.  From what I've seen she embraces diversity and welcomes everyone to her restaurant.  Perhaps she was having bad day or her comments came across as inappropriate.  I cannot imagine she would ever purposely insult a customer.  I hope you will give them another try.
