The Upper $300s had the highest amount of recent sales activity
Available Berkeley Neighborhood Homes for Sale are priced from the Upper $300s to Upper $400s
The neighborhood real estate inventory (supply of homes for sale) is UP slightly as of June 2012 (still Below balanced conditions and the increase was due to 1 of the Under Contract homes coming back on the market)
Since last Fall, the neighborhood real estate inventory has stayed mainly Under Balanced conditions (balanced would be around a 6 month supply)
Buyers will still find options in the Berkeley neighborhood but there is still NOT an oversupply of homes for sale right now.
