Perry Park Country Club and Golf Course is locacted in Larkspur, Colorado just west of I 25 and Spruce Mountain Road. The Club was established in 1969 and is a member owned, non-profit club.

The 18-hole par 72 golf course offers 7,007 yards of incredible scenery and challenging play. The views from each hole are just amazing with huge red rocks jetting out of the ground and wildlife wandering by.

The Club is centered at the Manor House which is remodeled from its original 1891 cottage. There is a pro shop, patio deck overlooking Lake Wauconda, a formal dining room and a casual Grille Room.

Membership fees at Perry Park Country Club are very affordable. A full equity membership has a sign up fee of $4,000 and monthly dues of $423. A social membership is only $50.00 with a $150.00 per quarter food and drink minimum.

Hi Belinda - It's golf courses that beautiful that make me regret that I don't play golf (the once-a-year Board of Realtors event doesn't count - what we do there isn't remotely related to the game). That's a gorgeous course and the fees are very affordable.

Good morning, Belinda - even if you don't play the beautiful landscape a golf course offers, is so nice. Of course, if you buy in California a paragraph in one of our disclosures deals with errant golf balls --- this is one of those things that always seems to get a laugh out of some buyers.

It was so pretty when I went there and the membership director let my husband and I take a golf to get some fabulous shots. Sadly we didnt have out clubs with us, but it was a fun outing nonetheless.
