Someone said recently - I don't like to be pushy when it comes to helping people invest in real estate but I do believe it is ok to give a little nudge here and there.
Take advantage of this unique time for Rocky Point before it is to late. We are already seeing the US market and more importanty... consider this...
- Rentals are up ( more traffic in Rocky Point )
- Inventory is down - there is not 1 condo for sale in the 2 front buildings of Princesa!
- Interest rates are going up - sellers are getting tougher!
- Prices have flatlined and the best values are being taken.
- Arizona market - usually 40,000 units for sale now around 15,000.
- No one knows the best time to buy until it is to late. It is almost to late!
Sure maybe someone can save 5 or 10 thousand on purchase price but is it the best location that will make them an extra 25 to 50k in equity. Nudge! You deserve this opportunity - we all do!
