Our Real Estate market remains strong and steady, and very busy with Home Sales.  Over the last month, the amount of Homes Sold has significantly reduced our inventory.  As of today, there are 458 Single Family Homes for Sale, with 9 listed in the $100,000 range.  Single Family Homes now range in price from $62,900 to a high of $1,750,000.

It's the 2012 Air Race Classic!  An Exciting Event - taking place in Lake Havasu City for the first time!  Come on out & visit with these extraordinary women from across the US, as they take off for their cross-country adventure!  You are also invited to visit with the pilots, while their planes are fully inspected, on Friday & Saturday, June 14th & 15th.
