Market In Southern Brazoria County

I listen daily as the news media states the demise of the real estate market.  One thing that they seem to miss, is that the market is not the same throughout the country.  From listening to the media, people all around me ask if the market is falling apart.  However, in our area we are stable.  Many Realtors in our area had the best year they have had years.   As of yesterday, we have a little over 3 months of inventory.  When people discuss the market with me in our area, I am upbeat and explain the market is good.  Today is the time to buy and sell.
