I have been a member of ActiveRain for a year now, and this is my first blog post. I have been meaning to blog for a long time, better late than never I guess.

Here's a little about me. I have been in real estate since late 2006. I worked as a Buyer Agent for one year and have decided that 2008 will be about building a business for myself. I am very excited about this opportunity and some days I am surprised by my motivation. I have been working very hard so far and I am sure that it will pay off.

I live in Harrisburg, NC. I am part of Re/Max Signature Properties in Concord, NC. My areas of expertise are Cabarrus and Mecklenburg counties in NC.

Hopefully in the future my blogs will be more interesting. For now, I am glad to get the first one under my belt.
