While those homes are "taken", there are still 652 homes from which to choose. The least expensive home that will make you a Greenwich resident is located on South Water Street. A cozy 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom with lots of charms will run you about $379,000. However if you are looking for a home with 15 bedrooms, 10 full and 7 half baths over 15,000 square feet, I have just the compound for you. Only $32,995,000 for an absolutely amazing property.
