Homes.com: Charlotte among top searches

Charlotte is among the top 10 cities searched on Homes.com, the Norfolk, Va.-based company said.

According to the company’s first-quarter “State of the Housing Market” report, there were more than 69 million searches in the quarter on the site, which features property listings for “affordable” and luxury homes.

With more than 258,000 unique searches, Orlando, Fla., was the No. 1 city searched for home purchases in the quarter.

There were 135,414 searches for Charlotte.
