The beautiful Viamede Resort and Conference Centre will be the setting for a wonderful retreat workshop put on by Chrysalis Yoga of Burlington this weekend.
Clayton Smith and Shanine Dennill, life partners to one another and the 
owners of Chrysalis Yoga in Burlington, will be instructing and leading the way as they take participants through partner yoga classes and discussions.
The weekend starts Friday, June 8th at 6 pm with dinner and then a workshop immediately following. Saturday looks like a busy day with a class in the morning, then free time in the afternoon, then another class before dinner.
The final class will be held Sunday morning before the final lunch and goodbyes.
Included in the retreat price are two nights accommodations, all meals and classes. Taxes and gratuities will be extra.
