Time to get off the fence if you are ready to Sell!!!!

The more people I talk to the more the message is clear.  Most people are looking to wait until spring to put their home on the market.  I think that if everyone who says they are going to wait until spring actualy does, the market is going to be flooded and they will have to be more competitive with their price then if they put the home on now.  Does that make sense to you?  What do you think?
