Congratulations to my buyer who closed last week on the purchase of her first home in Holbrook, MA.
This first time home buyer contacted me after reading online reviews. She liked what she read and decided she wanted me to be her buyer broker.
We looked at a number of homes and ran into a number of disappointments from being outbid to homes coming out of agreement and then going back under just as we submitted an offer; homes that went from short sale to being foreclosed on in days and homes that were over priced.
Finally, we found this three-bedroom Colonial home in Holbrook that was priced right. Aside from some minor cosmetics like painting, it really needed no work. We were the first to see it. The lockbox was not even on by the time I called to schedule the showing! She liked it and offered right away before anyone else could beat us to it.
