Shingle Springs is a community just up Highway 50 to the East from El Dorado Hills. If you want to be just a little bit more in the country Shingle Springs is where you want to be and the Hacienda De Estrellas Neighborhood is where I would want to be - close to the freeway but not so close you hear it!.
Once inside the gates, the streets meander past custom homes surrounded by beautiful Heritage Oaks and mature landscapes. It reminds me so much of my favorite El Dorado Hills Neighborhood -Sterlingshire.
Hacienda De Estrellas consists of 95 (mostly flat) lots ranging in size from .66 acres to 5.35 acres with almost 2/3 of them one acre plus.
There are homeowners dues of $95 per month but comes with amenities that include a Club House with a Swimming Pool and Tenn
