I have chosen to be HAPPY because it is good for my health... Feeling happy or sad or upset is a choice. I have been all three and let me tell you; being happy is much funner and it makes life alot easier to live. Being happy creates emotion stability and confidence. Being sad or upset brings on depression. Depression makes the body hurt, beats your thoughts into submission and makes your body hurt easily and makes the muscles and joints stiff and sore.
Being happy is healthier for your mind body, heart and soul.
Don't worry...Be happy.
