....so now that the show is on hiatus, I'm watching Don't Be Tardy For the Wedding showing Kim's preparations for her 11/11/11 wedding to Falcon's footballer, Kroy Biermann.
NOW....Kim is laboring (they are expecting their 2nd child/2nd boy) under the misconception of many tenants - SHE DOES NOT HAVE TO PAY HER RENT.
At the cast group shows for TRHWoA, Kim indicated that she had bought the Roswell home where her wedding was performed.
Unfortunately, the home is stillowed by Kim's "decorator/landlady" Kendra and her husband Antonio Davis and Kim and Kroy have been renting is for $8,000 per month reportedly.
Kim reports that they were in contract to purchase the home and the appraisal came in $1+m BELOW the purchase price and the home has several repair issues that they did not want to deal with.
According to TMZ, Kroy gave notice the first of May that they would be vacating the end of May. Unfortunately, that did not happen so now, according to their lease, there is a $600 per day penalty which Kim says she will pay ONCE SHE VACATES.
I suspect Kim may be telling this to THE JUDGE and she best not have RHWA entertainment attorney, Phaedra Parks, represent her.
