Raleigh, Cary, Apex Area Real Estate Clients...
OK, my dear readers, before you get your kilts all up in a bunch, I am NOT advocating breaking out the Smith and Wesson to make a deal go through in the Raleigh, Cary, Apex area Real Estate market!
In fact, I've never even held a gun in my life. And, if I did, it would probably look like this one...
But, I am advocating going the extra mile for your clients. Whether it's working until midnight (which I often do), driving 70 miles to pick up a check (which I recently did), or working on days that you've designated "no shave/ work from home days" (I try to get at least one of those weekly), it's important to insure that you're doing all those things that make your clients appreciate the job they've hired you to do.
Personally, I think going the extra mile for my clients is what separates me from the pack. And, I know my clients appreciate it because much of my business comes from past client referrals.
So, my friends, you can be "adequate" or you can be "exceptional".
Adequate can, and often does, get the job done.
But exceptional keeps them coming back for more.
