Benefit #4 - Freedom to Work Exclusively from Your Home Office

Real Estate Broker/Owner with MBA Broker Consultants CalBRE Broker #00983670

Don’t be stuck in a real estate office when you really long to be at home.  That’s where you feel comfortable and are the most productive.  WITH all the tools for success you need at your fingertips.

This is just what you’ve been wishing for!  And dreaming about...

If you would allow me to review the benefits of California Coast & Country Homes:

Benefit # 4 - Home Office Productivity

 1.     No floor time!  You set your schedule around YOUR life and YOUR family, not the UP desk!

 2.     No boring, mandatory office meetings that take time away from your profitability.

 3.     No office politics, gossip, or distractions from other agents and their clients.

 4.     You don’t have to take documents into the office for review any more.  Documents are submitted electronically for the transaction coordinator and broker to review.

 5.     Take it on the road!  With your laptop, you can work from anywhere.  Your virtual office is wherever you are!

Then where do you meet clients?  For agents who’ve never worked exclusively from home, that’s a common question.

Most of the time, I meet sellers at their home and sign documents at their dining room table.  For informal meetings, I meet clients for a cup of coffee at my local coffee shop.  And for more formal meetings, I take my wireless laptop to my favorite escrow company, who allows me to use their complimentary meeting room.

If you’re on the road, rental offices are available for business travelers at nominal fees.

We’re talking maximum productivity.  You want to be available; not stuck in an office or tied down to floor time.  You can’t afford to be held hostage to an office cubicle.

Hi Regina,  I'm glad it works well for you, but I find that i am much more productive and focused when I work in the office.  Perhaps it is because I was a stay at home Mom for so many years that I have a hard time doing any real work from my home office.  It is nice to have the option for sure.  That's one of the things that I love about real estate.

Hi Regina,

I enjoy working from my home office.  And to feed my need to be around other people, I take classes and schedule lunches with clients.  Working from home is a huge step more so than most people know.  Best of success to you this year!

Regina, What a great recruiting ad. I think a lot of agents find comfort in being around other agents, a synergy of sorts. And some agents just are not self starters. But for those that are, you have made it sound enticing.

Sybil, you're right!  It's good that we have the option to work at home or in the office.  Thank you for sharing your experience.

Jordon, I'm glad that you're also enjoying the benefits of working at home and at the same time being around with other people.   Best of success to you, too!

Debbie, thanks for appreciating!  Although we're working at home, we still get along with other people, like attending networking events, open houses, etc.  It's still important to have a balance of everything.

Michelle, thank you for dropping by and leaving a comment.

Have a great week everyone!
