Good morning Jim. I just canceled my Zillow contract. When I started I was the only agent so there were a few leads but then Zillow began calling all of my competition letting them know how many leads I was getting and signing them up as well. Dwindled down to where the only leads were looking for rentals or mad because of the erroneous info Zillow posted. Seems after they were locked into a contract they were more concerned with their bottom line than mine. lol

Hi Jim - I will also be interested in how it works out - please update over the coming months. I also got bombarded by Zillow to sign up this past week as they rolled out the additional slots. $300 per month to be part of a rotating list did not look like a good investment to me but agree that it only takes one sale to payoff. I am on a similar Trulia Pro Elite program and it has not generated much. They do get views but majority of their listings are not active in my area. Regards, Dave

Jim,  How is your Zillow premier stuff working out for you? Jeff and I are thinking about canceling both of our accounts pretty soon.  Zillow appears to be just trying to offer their agents less and less and charging more and more.  The way they keep changing things around, then jamming more agents into the same areas we were originally promised to have a maximum of 4 agents per area code has gone straight out the window.

I used to knock on Realtor.com all the time because of how worthless their service was and how much of a waste of time it was, but it looks like Zillow.com is heading down the same path with greed.  

What's the point of us paying for "exclusivity" if they keep pulling the rug out from underneath us and making the deal worse and worse?

The program I was sold on originally, paying $100's a month, is now only a watered down version, and is becoming pretty pathetic.  I get more leads for leases than anything now, and my contacts have dropped off signifgantly even with using drip campaigns, having my profile updated, lots of reviews, basically everything Zillow has told me to do to increase my chances of conversion and beyond.

I think I'm going to be writing a very long post about my experience with Zillow and their shady tactics more or less "bait and switch" their agents.

Hopefully things are going better for you, but I think the rest of us in our brokerage are about to drop Zillow entirely.  Hell I could get on Facebook and get 10,000 impression to a targeted audience much cheaper than I could on Zillow, and have less competition!

I know for a fact that our company is always looking at ways to help increase the volume of contacts and closings for Premier Agents and without those enhancements, we would never know what works best.
