Success -- Yeah Baby!

Education & Training with Borino Productions

I will not brag to ya, friends.... OK, I will -- the barbecue on Saturday was a HIT. I mean, even the KIDS were licking their fingers (and if you have kids you know that's ALMOST impossible ;)

Anyway... It made me think. All I did was follow a recipe. Step by step. And YOU can do the same. Grilling or real estate.

And on Thursday, June 14, 2012, I will give you a step-by-step recipe. Exactly what to do when you get stuck on a question or an objection.

Sign up (if you haven't already) for the free Objections Buster seminar here:

We'll talk on Thursday. Oh, and check out the proof of my success. But I'm not bragging ;)

Nice lead-in to your class... congrats on the cookout too! Funny how following directions can get you to where you want to go right?

Hey Borino, for the 1st roleplay with the seller who was caught between a rock and a hard place telling the agent she would give the listing to when she bought the home and the close friend who is a new REALTOR. In my opinion that would of been a prime candidate where the seller could eat their cake and eat it too while saving face on both parties by doing a co-listing instead of just letting her list with the friend and break her word to the 1st agent.

That's a good suggestion, Derek. Another option would be to pay the other agent a refferal fee.
