Sometimes I have SO much fun with clients. Today was one of those days. I was running late, they were running late so I still got to the office first. He forgot to tell me about one house on his list. We were late for one of our appointments, but in an area where I
had no cell service so I couldn't call to alert the agent or the owner. But all throughout the day we laughed.
We took an adventure to the "other side" of the lake today. Nice house we saw, but not the water depth or view we were looking for in his lake house. And on the way to the last house we had planned to see today I got a call from my Donald. We were under a severe storm watch. Well we didn't make to that last listing. The winds nearly blew us off the road. My client looked up weather info and radar on his phone while I concentrated on the road.
We're going to see that last house next weekend. We got back to the office and they made a run for their truck in the down pour. I have just GOT to find him a lake house. Really need to have them as a neighbor on Lake Sinclair. Plus they were the first clients to ride in my new car... they gotta buy a house here.
