Have you ever had a buyer make ridiculously requests or an extremely low offer to buy a property? You know that this unreasonable offer will only offend the seller which will make it more difficult to negotiate the agreement, right? It might not even cover the existing payoff on the sellers mortgage that they have on their house so there is no way they will accept it so what do you do?
Some good advice is to ask them their reasons for their low offer or requests, and write them down telling the buyer you will no doubt be asked the reasons so you will need to know what to tell the seller. Usually, the buyer will reconsider their requests or price offered, as most times they may not be valid.
