The smart phone has made it easy to keep in touch with Tenants & Clients
I am still using my OLD Palm desktop contact software. I have categories for owners, business and tenants. I can export them to my Google Contacts and sync with my EVO android smart phone and tablet - I only have to enter the information 1X and they are ALWAYS in the cloud. I also have my lockboxes serial #s and shackle codes as a category....
I just cannot imagine working as a realtor without my Blackberry.
I do not need to log into my computer to check my email. As sson as i receiev an email I get an alert message and I can check messages.
This helps me respond to web clients instantly. We receive leads from Re/ Max web site and if we do not respond within a certain time, the lead is given to someone else. We do not sit at our desk all day and are always on the road. I have missed leads in the past but have not missed any since I got my Blackberry.
I also use the texting feature. There are times when clients or coop agents can not talk but can text a reply even if they are at meetings.
There are other applications we can use but the ones I use most often are email and text features and ofcourse use it to call people.
I have also used the camera feature and video feature on occasion .
I never leave home without my Blackberry and have returned home when I forgot to take it with me . I recently purchased a car charger for the Blackberry.
