The Famous 50's Hot Rod Weekend in Kerhonkson NY is celebrating its 20th anniversary this weekend! Featuring hot rods, street rods, custom cars, muscle cars & trucks, custom vans, classic cars and rat rods, all dating pre-1985! this local activity is a must for car lovers in Ulster County NY! Bands will be playing, awards will be given, and the coolest custom hot rods will be on display. Taking place at the Hudson Valley Resort in the town of Kerhonkson NY, the Famous 50's Hot Rod Weekend celebrates the classic machines that have inspired American car culture since the 1950's. Trophies will be awarded for best flames, biggest motor, best interior, and more! You'll feel as though you stepped back in time as the hot rods roar, live bands play rock n' roll from the 50's and 60's, and folks walk around in 1950's garb (which will also be judged).
