Something happened about 20 years ago in Phoenix, and the public does not even know what is going on in this Phoenix Real Estate Market ... When it comes to the offer they have to purchase a home.
Think about this: Does an attorney email the judge and jury or do they show up?
Unfortunately to the best of my knowledge DAN DEE McGINNIS is the only real estate agent in Phoenix that still represents a buyer with respect by meeting with the seller face to face and the listing agent and present his buyers offer.
Can you imagine you like a home, you want the home, you ask your agent to write an offer, and YOU NEVER ASK YOUR AGENT HOW THEY WILL PRESENT YOUR OFFER! The probably won't... They will email it! or they will FAX it! I call it POKE AND HOPE.
Most likely they will email it to the listing agent, is that the biggest disappointment you have heard all month? Phoenix Real Estate Market - What Most People Do NOT knnow about their agents presentation: There is NO presentation, it is emailed or faxed off into the wind.... GOOD LUCK FOLKS...
When a listing agent tells me he or she is too busy for us to present my offers, I say: "thank you have a nice day there is more than one home for sale" Maybe they should have me on 60 minutes or 20/20...
