By $2M you mean $2.0 million? A top producer in our area sold a home priced at over $5.0 million by targeting high income individuals--she advertised in luxury home magazines & sent marketing pieces to high-earning athletes, professionals, etc. here & abroad. You might try that. Good luck!

I would suggest you get into a luxury home program and they will help you with your niche on this 2m property. There is to much to go over for a blog.
