Beck Road Interchange in Post Falls is finally underway. Dirt is being moved and they still expect to have this new interchange done by Thanksgiving. This will be a huge boost to the businesses around Cabela’s.
The contractor has scraped about 20 acres of dirt in preparation for contouring the North side of the interchange to be compatible with I-90. The work on the south side of the freeway will start as soon as utility plans have been agreed upon by all parties.
I am so excited to finally see this work start, and I am sure the investors of “The Pointe at Post Falls” are even more excited as they continue in their talks with perspective commercial tenants. This is good for the economic growth of Post Falls.
