Total Wine in Roseville, CA was lovingly described by our server at the Yard House as "Beverages & More on STEROIDS!" and after our first visit there, we completely agree. They not only have a ginormous selection of wine, spirits and beer, but they also have a cigar room...and to my delight, quite an extensive collection of ciders!

Total Wine is open daily from 9:00am to 10:00pm and they have wine tasting on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12:00pm to 6:00pm. TIP: They also sell beer by the bottle, so you can create your own 6-pack by choosing a variety of beers (or ciders) to help you discover your favorites.

Leilani, I am curious about the ciders. Do these these contain alcohol? Is that what "hard" cider is? Very colorful display of products and the WOODCHUCK product sure brought a smile to my face!

Bruce, contrary to what the ciders may taste like, they do contain alcohol! I'm not a beer drinker, but I tried a few tasters of pear, apple and raspberry ciders at the Yard House and now I'm hooked. My two favorites so far are Wyder's Pear Cider and Woodchuck Amber Cider. I recommend trying them if you can! :)
