What's the average cost of utilities at Raymond Gary Lake Oklahoma?
Before I answer that question, let me explain a little about the utilities around the lake. The public water supply comes from local springs. This spring network supplies water for Gates Creek which is the water for Raymond Gary Lake. It is supplied to users by The Town of Fort Towson.
The public sewer is an epa approved pressurized sewer system around the lake. Each home has a tank and grinder-pump (sort of a mini lift station).
Garbage collection is contracted out to a service. They supply you with a large trash can that has rollers on it. The basic fee fo rthose utilities runs around $60 per month which includes 1000 gallons of water.
The electricity for most of the area around the lake is Choctaw Electric Co-op. The cost of electricity varies month to month depending upon what the co-op has to pay for it.
The Lake area also has Cable TV from Fort Towson Cable and A T & T broadband internet service. Living at Raymond Gary Lake is relatively reasonable for utility costs. :)
