Built in 1974, Ormond Breakers Condo is a "u" shaped 3 story-building surrounding a beautiful pool and courtyard area. Ormond Breakers Condo is on the west side of A1A (Ocean Shore Blvd) as is the case with many Ormond By The Sea condo buildings. It is in the area where the road runs along the beach and there is nothing built on the beach side of the road. Many of the units have a garage. Garages form the perimeter of the south and north sides of the property. All of the individual Ormond Breakers Condo units are 2 bedroom, 2 bath and are approximately 1300 square feet, making them some of the more spacious condos in Ormond By The sea. The spacious balconies face the courtyard and pool area.
Elevators are at the West End of the building, one on the north side and one on the south side.
Just across A1A (Ocean Shore Blvd) from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, there are two convenient beach access points to get through the dunes to the beach.
The minimum rental is monthly and pets are not allowed.
Ormond Breakers Condo has connected to the sewer line for the city of Ormond Beach and is one of very few condos that have taken that step. Most of the Ormond By The Sea condos have their own sewer treatment plant on site.
