The Ellicott City Office of Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. experienced brisk sales again in May. We recorded increases in both sales volume and units vs. May 2011. Our $22,762,280in sales on 70 units represented a 40% increase in volume and a 37% increase in units. Year-to-date we are up 46% in sales volume and 42% in sales units.
