Costa Rica

Real Estate Agent with Resident Realty

Just a 2 1/2 Hour flight from Miami and you are thrown into an eden like environment.  Costa Rica is know for its abundance of wildlife and many different climates.  Costa Rica is roughly the size of West Virginia, with an interior of mountains of almost 6000 ft.

Monteverde (The Green Mountain) offers zip line tours that span over 2 miles long, soaring through the canopies.  The zip lines were originally used for scientist exploring the forests.  You can also walk over two miles through the forest on a trail that holds over 8 bridges through the canopies, some of which span over 500 ft.  An amazing walk that is sure to reveal many different walks of wildlife.

You may want to just relax at one of the 50 beaches Costa Rica has to offer.  You can also participate in the many water sport activities.  There are also more than 200 valcanoes (only 5 active) that you can see.  All this volcanic activity has played a key role in the richness and biodiversity that makes Costa Rica one of the most biologically diverse places on the planet.

Costa Rica is one of the safest countries in Latin America for foreign investment. Property is very affordable right now but the prices keep going up in the real estate market making this a great time to invest.

So if you are just looking for a great place to vacation or an investment, Costa Rica is worth a second look.

I am glad you agree.  There are some skeptics out there but I think if they do a little research they will quickly agree with us.
