I think our BBQ is on its last legs . . .  we usually are lucky enough to not need a replacement until the end of the season when great bargains abound!   

I was casually looking at what is new and improved in the BBQ arena yesterday and I came across this little beauty . . .

Is this little piggy going up in smoke?  On sale for $1697.00 !!!!

I like my BBQs but I'm not sure I would be willing to part with almost $2000 (with tax) for this little piggy!

Would this guy be welcome in your back yard?

That little piggy is adorable and if I had $2K to blow on a BBQ she would certainly be hanging out in my backyard.  Maybe I need to buy a lottery ticket!  :-)

Hi Susan - I doubt many guys are going to want a pink BBQ in any shape, and the above comments are confirming my suspicion. And at the risk of gender stereotyping, in my limited and myopic experience, most of the people "manning" the BBQ have been guys. But hey, there it is for sale, so someone must be buying it.

Dick -  guys still love to say they BBQ but it has been my observation that getting the meat cooked is the least of the work involved in a meal  ie side dishes, salads, rolls, table set, drinks prepared, clean up . . .  :0)

As for the pink pig being on sale, that tells me no one is buying it, that's why they marked it down!  I should go back and see what the regular price would be. 

Personally, I think it is too cute to use!
