I've got the latest Mother Lode market numbers for you to look at today. To begin with, you'll notice the overall sales picture including all sales classes. UNIT SALES: May 2012 = 91; May 2011 = 72; +26%

VOLUME SALES: May 2012 = $15,429,224; May 2011 = $13,463,187; +15%

AVERAGE SALES PRICE: May 2012 = $169,551; May 2011 = $186,988; -9%
