Recently I was in Santa Fe visiting a good friend when we ran into John Kerry at a local restaurant. He was gracious enough to pose with us for a photo opp. We couldn't help but notice he was being chauffeured in a Toyota Prius; how Kool is that?

Today, I saw the photo of Kerry & Obama and thought this was a great time to share my "famous face" photo too...

John Kerry, the 2004 Democratic presidential nominee, gave Barack Obama a timely endorsement Thursday 01/10/08 in South Carolina.

Hi Kari: Is that you, or your daughter in the photo with John Kerry. Actually, I voted for Kerry in 2004, and am very sorry he lost. But... I am not sure his endorsement of Obama is really going to help Obama. It might even hurt him.

Carolin, I see you are from this area before moving to the Sunshine state :) Mercer Island has grown sooo much. If you haven't been here in the last 5 years, you'd be surprised. The whole "small island feel" has been replaced with high-rise apartments and storefronts all along Mercer Way. Still a great place tho! All the best to you Bob. Are you going to Atlanta for Reunion?
