Pain impacts lots of thing...

After spending several years recovering from an illness which put me in a wheelchair for months,  I have become accustomed to being pain free!

It is so much better than being uncomfortable 24/7!

Getting off all the prescribed drugs including Morphine was freeing!  I made a mental note NOT to go back there!

Then out of the clear sky pain assailed my right foot yesterday.  It was probably due to something I ate!

No kidding!  What We put into our bodies is incredibly important!

There had also been a lot of stress during the week.  Stress can produce negative results too.

Whatever caused the pain, needs to leave.

You may have noticed that walking is a prominent activity in showing Real Estate.

When we do our jobs as intended things should work out pain and stress free!

Stress is not an easy to control entity.  It is not a choice and neither is pain.

The choice is whether or not we accept those things.

I will not!

Whatever it takes to rid my body of both will be a major focus today.  Just as not accepting anything less than the best we can do is our choice.

When we give a transaction all we can we need to accept the limits.  Easier said than done?  So much is!  Our comforts for tomorrow are hinged upon it!

This is a great post!  Thanks for sharing as it is a great reminder to us all to learn to live in a healthy manner and do what it  takes to get rid of stress and pain - easier said than done, but likely possible for many of us.  Watching what goes into the body is a step in that direction.  Best wishes!

I can relate to this post! I went through 6 months of knee pain and then surgery and I lost my "footing" in real estate to the extent that I have nothing closing right now and that is not good. This is what I do now and it helps me to get the pain out of my body fast, without medication: While lying flat on my back, usually in the morning when I first awaken, I take a very deep breath and say "I am pain free, I am healthy, wealthy and strong"....and then I do the same when I allow my breath to slowly leave my body---all the way out so that it feels like I am completely void of breath. Since I started doing this, I have all kinds of new business coming in and expect to meet my goals for the year. By doing the "mantra" thing I have taken the bad, horrible, awful and terrible thinking out of the picture. My mind is so saturated with the idea that I am healthy, strong and wealthy and pain free that my life reflects that! I do the repetitions for about 10 to 15 minutes and that is now how I start my day--I just started doing it at night too but I fall asleep before I can get three or four repetitions out! Great for sleeping if you are having trouble with that in times of stress!
