We just closed on another short sale. This one was a nice little starter home located In Moreno Valley , Fantastc area in East MV The seller was attempting a HAFA short sale approval prior to contacting me to list the property. He worked on it at extesively and for a long period of time. He was declined the HAFA then he contacted me. we put or boxing gloves on when contacting Bank of America fighting for the relocation assistance he desperately needed. We managed to get him an approval under their short sale cooperative program and he received $2500. Additionally we got a second relocation assistance approval and got him an additional $2500. When he started the process on his own the bank told him NO! When he contacted us we managed to get him $5,000 in much needed and unexpected help. Needless to say he was more than happy with us and has already referred a family member to us.
