Debbie, thank you for noticing this post.  Weak agents tell their customer what went wrong, then run around in circles trying to make the problem go away.  Strong agents handle the problem first, get it fixed, THEN they contact their customer and tell them what happened and how they fixed it, so the customer doesn't have to worry.
