What Do Our Clients, Our Business Partners Really C.A.R.E. About?

I ask this question, because I am reflecting upon two clients and our business partners, that participated in the financing cycle and closed on their new home this past week.  I was retracing the sequence of the transactions in my mind, and asking myself what was the most important hot buttons for Wendy and Josh during this cycle, what was it that Timothy and Jessica really cared about as we walked, ran, and sprinted during their financing cycles.  What did Van, Cori, Linda, Carl, and Crystal really care about. I think that my list below sums it up pretty well.

 C.A.R.E.

1.They cared… very much about making sure that they were going to be qualified to buy their dream home.

2.They cared… very much about having someone make a very complex process appear easy and fluid.

3.They cared… that they didn’t need to be nervous because I was in constant communication with them updating them at every milestones and hiccup.

4.They cared… that they knew in advance how much cash they were going to bring to closing, and it didn’t change from beginning to end.

5.They cared… that we had the docs to escrow days in advance so they could get their wires to escrow early.

6.They cared… that we sat across them at the closing table and were present to answer any questions they had about the very confusing paperwork!

7. They cared... that they were closing before schedule!

8.But most of all…. They cared, that we cared just as much as they did, about getting them into their new homes, and giving them peace as quickly as possible!

It is truly the simple things in life that make the greatest difference!Have an amazing day!
