The homes sold in Fishers for May 2012 was within 2% of both 2011 and 2010 ; I was hoping for another 30% increase over the prior year. It is still good news though! There were 177 homes sold during Maycompared with 152 homes sold in April so the homes in Fishers are selling! 
The days on the market were 94 compared with 89 a year ago…and while that is an increase, most sellers would be thrilled to sell their house in 94 days! The Marchant Teamhas had some amazing success in May, selling one in 1 day and another in 12 days! The average price was $236,600 compared with $238,6000 a year ago so prices are still just a tad depressed.
The luxury market is still on the road to recovery with 8 homes in Fishers over $500,000 selling compared with 10 a year ago.
There were quite a few neighborhoods that sold a large quantity of homes demonstrating that all of Fishers is selling! A few worth mentioning are Ashwood with 4 Avalon with 10 (Go Pulte!), Canyon Ridge with 5, Covington with 4, Sunblest with 9, and Westminster with 4 (Go Ryland)!
