Last night I was lucky enough to be invited to Phil Faranda's weekly meeting with his agents. He has assembled a great team and it's really cool seeing his brokerage grow and blossom.
Phil is trying to make things more convenient for his team as well as helping them be more on the cutting edge of technology. So, last night was his first attempt at trying a virtual meeting via a Google + hangout. This way, his agents could be present while they were at home..something that saves time and makes life easier, especially as his agents are all over the county (and even a bit beyond).
Some of his agents are rather tech savvy; others had not yet signed up for Google +, so now they are members and this is a good thing.
We discussed blogging a bit, social media and of course, my favorite topic....flooring.
Thank you Phil for introducing me to your team. It was an honor.
