New Mortgage Companies

Its interesting nature doesn't like a vacuum apparently the supply and demand theory doesn't like them either. There are so many mortgage companies both retail and wholesale going out of business that there is now a number of new startup companies moving in to take their places. Hopefully the new companies will learn from the others "mistakes" and use good business and common sense in their daily business practices. Licensing mortgage companies and individual brokers may help as long as greed doesn't corrupt the new companies. I feel that in the future more educational requirements and more courses on ETHICS will be required. Alas more courses on ETHICS may help all of the related Real Estate Professionals.
