Need to find your peaceful place?

Real Estate Agent with Award Realty

Stress . . . How do you deal with it?

When I first started in Real Estate my Broker told me the most important thing I needed to remember is to have balance.

The first thing that came to my mind was phone calls, mailings, open houses etc.  These are important, but that is not the balance she was talking about.

You must take time for family, spiritual nurturing, exercise and just time to be still.

So, today I went to my safe place . . . Palm Ridge indoor pool.  Just to feel the water moving with me, not against me.  Hearing my breath, not loud voices, as I swim a few laps.  I may only be able to 5 laps today, but I feel at peace . . . ah, balance!

If you are looking for some wonderful places to live with balance, contact us.  We will be happy to show you the best of Sun City Grand, Sun City West, Sun City Festival, Arizona Traditions, Corte Bella or Trilogy at Vistancia.

I can totally see how your peaceful place brings you that balance your broker told you was so necessary.  I agree that finding a place or an activity that gives us a mental break is an absolute necessity.

I agree 100% but at time seem to shove self to the back burner.  Debbie quickly reminds me and draws me back into a more balanced style.  Glad you had "your" time this morning.  I enjoyed a brisk 2.5 mile walk just enjoying the rabbits, birds and silent hot air balloons in flight.  A good time to be quiet and say thank you for all I am blessed with.  Have a great day my Sun City friend.
