Statistics from one listing web site indicate the number of listings viewed to date is aleady approaching 70% of those viewed in June of 2011 for the entire month.
There are currently 149 (the same as last month at this time) properties for sale in Uxbridge and it's Hamlets of Coppins Corners, Goodwood, Leaskdale, Sandford, Udora, and Zephyr, ranging in price from $159,900 to $3,900,000 on the national realtor.ca web site.
In looking at the chart below you will notice the average value of homes viewed is lower than last month but is still up over the same month last year. This is not necessarily an indicator that values are Rising or Falling ..... it is simply a reflection of the values of properties that are currently being viewed.
The Two graphs below represent the average and median price range of homes that potential buyers are looking at on one of my web sites.
