Debbie~ A good home inspector that can work well with buyers is important. When presenting info to buyers its important to inform but not scare a client away from a new home. It is one thing to give information and its another to terrify a buyer from purchasing a new home. Mark sounds like the balance of both and he knows his profession!
Nice shout out for Mark.........................I am lovin' all these localism posts.
Deb, Marks ways are unique, his attention to detail, time and patience, are extreme and what the customers need.
